Our Process

Streamlined processes for optimal efficiency

Our process is designed to maximize efficiency and quality at every stage of production. By integrating advanced technologies and best practices, we ensure seamless workflows. Production of rice passes through 4 (four) stages.

Process

1

Cleaning

Generally, Paddy is put on a paddy cleaner (Chalana) which separates any sort of foreign materials from paddy through magnet and dust is sucked through suction fan. Then clean paddy is opened and sent to boiling section through conveyer for boiling.

2

Boiling

- The cleaned paddy obtained from cleaning section is poured into par boiling tanks consists of 4 & 6 chambers through bucket conveyors. Then water is over the paddy inside parboiling tank and steam from boiler is passed through the perforated steam pipe arranged in such a way to get uniform heat of the grains. Water in the parboiling tank is circulated through a pump set and after sucking is completed within 3 to 4 hours water is drained out through valves fitted in the tanks. At this stage steam is again passed for half an hour or so and the parboiling paddy is now taken out to the drier for drying. In absence of automatic drying arrangement, the parboiling paddy is taken out to drying yard manually for drying.

3

Drying

In the automatic drier system steam is generated and supplied by the boiler is converted into hot air by the help of heat exchanger and thus hot air is passed through paddy inside the drier by air blower and then sent to milling chamber through bucket conveyors.

4

Milling

This process comprises of sheller, paddy separator, polisher etc. Each process involves a chalana bucket elevator. The dry paddy again passed through the paddy cleaner installed adjacent to the sheller to remove dust, stones and iron contents. Shelling is done through rubber sheller, rice is separated from husk. During processing some part of unshelled paddy remains which is again taken back to the sheller for shelling. The colour of unpolished rice is brown as there is a layer of bran over it. This unpolished rice is sent to polisher stage broken rice bran are separated automatically. Then rice is packed in gunny bags for disposal.
