The required number of technicians, machine operators, electrician and unskilled workers will be recruited locally. There are adequate transport facilities available locally due to the area being rich in rice production. Not very far from this location are several transportation companies. Other facilities like schools, hospitals, fire brigade are also available close by. 11 KV electrical line is also available near the rice mill site.
