Mr. Richard A. DaSilva holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Operations Management and Marketing. An accomplished operations expert with over 18 years of experience in Software and E-Governance projects, he began his career in Sales and Marketing, quickly establishing himself as one of the top performers in South-East Asia for his company.
Over the years, Mr. DaSilva has successfully led and managed teams of over 300 professionals across various Software and E-Governance projects. His expertise spans strategic planning, process optimization, and large-scale project execution. He has also worked closely with Mr. Gouri Prasad Sahoo in marketing and procurement, leveraging his strong analytical and leadership skills to drive business growth.
In his current role, Mr. DaSilva will oversee procurement and daily operations at the rice mill, ensuring efficiency, quality control, and streamlined supply chain management to enhance productivity and profitability.
